We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Drafter to support our custom home design and construction projects. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and skilled in both drafting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Position Summary

As a Drafter, you will play a key role in translating client ideas and architectural concepts into precise, buildable construction drawings. You’ll work closely with our designers, project managers, and builders to bring high-end custom residential homes to life, while ensuring accuracy, code compliance, and exceptional design documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
  • Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to align drawings with design intent and site requirements
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback, redlines, and client changes

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning ordinances, and permitting requirements
  • Maintain organized drawing sets and manage version control
  • Assist in preparing permit and submittal packages
  • Conduct site measurements and produce as-built drawings when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on custom home designs
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering or design visualization tools

Schedule & Requirements

  • Monday to Friday | 8-hour day shifts
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • English fluency required
  • 2+ years of construction industry experience preferred
